The Turn of the Century Antiques and The Virtual Doll Convention is organizing an online extravaganza for TonnerFest in June 2023. If you are unable to attend in person, there's no need to worry! TonnerFest is a virtual event, which means that you can still be a part of everything even if you can't make it to the grand finale in Denver.
The event will culminate in a special in-person gathering in Denver, Colorado, where doll enthusiasts can meet Robert Tonner, get their dolls signed, and enjoy a fashion doll experience that is truly unique. Attendees will also get to see some of the most iconic Tonner dolls up close in a museum-style exhibit that will leave you in awe.
Are you able to travel to Denver, Colorado? Virtual Doll Convention is thrilled to invite you to a two-day event of a lifetime! Begin your journey at the Turn of the Century Antiques doll shop and continue to the Eron Johnson Antiques for an unforgettable experience. Attendees will be excited to know that Ellowyne's latest journal entries transpire in a stunning antique store, and you will have the chance to encounter this story first-hand with the legendary Robert Tonner. Can you imagine the thrill of being a part of a real-life rendering of one of Ellowyne's journal entries? You won't want to miss this occasion, and we urge you to join us for a memorable experience. Did you know that Derek's Pottery Studio and Eron Johnson Antiques share a building? It's a great opportunity to visit both places!
NOTE ABOUT BUYING DOLLS ON-SITE IN COLORADO:
The current collection will be exclusively available online through the VDC Website. If you're interested in the Ellowyne and Neema dolls, they will be on sale at the Ellowyne Boutique on Friday, June 9th, starting at 5 PM MDT. Likewise, the Grace dolls will be available at the Grace Boutique on the following Friday, June 16th, also at 5 PM MDT.
You have the option to pick up your dolls on-site, and if you'd like, Robert can sign them for you. We will have lots of Tonner doll shopping on site; they are special vintage dolls and one-of-a-kind offerings.
Additionally, leading up to the first release of Ellowyne and Neema dolls, we will send daily emails to keep you informed. Be sure to bookmark the schedule to stay up to date with the latest information. PLEASE (everyone) check your spam folder and mark us safe!

Alternatively, you can opt for an Airbnb in a residential neighborhood or a luxury hotel in Cherry Creek. Whatever your choice, Denver's diverse offerings cater to all kinds of travelers. You can stay in an Air B&B close to the doll shop, and South Broadway/Pearl Street with lots to do, and a Farmer’s Market on Saturday Morning. The Hilton Art Hotel is awesome and located at the Denver Art Museum and close to the doll shop, about 10 minutes away, and a straight shot up South Broadway, with a right into our parking lot.
