Exhibitor Package COST: $600.00 for your virtual booth album for up to 60 items + full convention registration. Your package also includes 1 ‘seller spotlight’ post inside the virtual convention group to introduce you to the community and highlight your products + one additional post on the vdc public Facebook page.

Your registration fee includes one on one technical support from Rachel Hoffman.

Are you familiar with Facebook groups + have a good camera or camera on your phone that takes nice clear photos? Do you have the ability to ship multiple items {globally} in a short time-frame? Each virtual dealer will have their own virtual ‘booth’ album within the convention group. The albums go LIVE to the conventioneers on the Friday morning of the Convention and the sale lasts through Sunday. You will be uploading all of your own photos + item details and prices. Rachel provides tutorial videos, instruction videos, and resources + phone call help with your dealer package. It is your responsibility to load, respond, and follow through with the sale in a professional manner and time-frame. You will need to be actively available at your computer on opening sale day and available the rest of the convention.

Rachel Hoffman will guide and train you beforehand but you do everything to implement your sale. There is no central checkout system. Buyers comment “SOLD” on the photo of your item, and you work with them directly to finish the sale. Virtual Doll Convention is not responsible for any of your transactions and we want to only hear happy things from your customers.

YOU MUST HAVE: good quality and clear photos, basic tech knowledge, convention availability, and an established selling history with professional conduct in the doll + bear community. You must also have computer and social media skills.

YOU MUST HAVE: AT LEAST 75% EXCLUSIVE INVENTORY - this means this is inventory not currently available on your website or selling platform. We want SPECIAL and EXCITING offerings.

This is a temporary sale - much like a traditional live doll and bear show. The items are up for a short period of time and then come down. There will be a 7 day grace period after convention closes, and then the photos will come down permanently. There is NO continued selling in the group, and NO price reductions once the items are posted. Your buyers will be directed to your permanent platforms after the end of the Convention for future buying.

YOU MUST ACTIVELY PROMOTE THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND YOUR MAILING LISTS TO BE INVOLVED.

The virtual doll Convention booths are given to applicants in order of application who have good records in the community, are proficient on social media and computers, and in order of application.

Think of this as a major digital advertisement for your business!
