Antique Doll Programs Coming to June Virtual Convention

Hello, Digital Darling,

Andy and Becky Ourant sent me this beautiful image of a Simon and Halbig 150 doll in anticipation for their upcoming program for the June Virtual Doll Convention. Their programs will be on antique dolls, and if you attended the January Convention, you will no doubt remember their delightful Bru and Marklin seminars. They have two programs planned for June, yippie! The first program is a relaxed Pre-Convention discussion called “Let’s Talk Dolls” where Andy and Becky will offer tips about basic antique doll inspection, evaluating originality, and condition. This is an important topic that will be useful to collectors, and I can’t wait to hear what they have to say.

The second seminar is on some of my FAVORITE kind of dolls, ever. German antique art character dolls. ‘German Character Reform Movement: The Birth of the Art Doll’ is the name of their program, and I guarantee you, it will amaze and delight! Thank you to Andy and Becky Ourant, and Bonnie Lowe for your hard work and dedication to bring us these fabulous programs. I know the attendees will delight in every second! Andy and Becky, and Bonnie will also be exhibiting in the Virtual Doll Convention Salesroom. I will be releasing the full list of dealers the beginning of June.
